All right Texans show your garden planning!
Gee Dstartz! Thanks....you are good person to know...you grow seeds....and propergate! I would love to get into that. I have so many seeds people send me and I dont know what to do with them. I also have seeds I bought...but I am intimidated. .. I dont have grow lights and heating apparatus. any ideas on how to start doing something in a small way...without the huge investment? another thing I live in a town house and dont have that much space.
you are a wonderful source of infomation. :)
Sylvia
I use 15-5-10 fertilize and water it in really well, and don't use it when the plants are stressed or dry because it can burn them. Mostly though I use bunny poo and it can be worked into the soil anytime.
I don't add lime because my soil pH is too high to start with. Water with a high amount of calcium carbonate hardness will also raise the pH over time.
Donna, I didn't know you have a nursery, that is a lot of work my friend, but it looks like you love it. I am very happy for you.
I found out about it through your diary, very nice, but how do you find the time?
Josephine.
