While I dug the huge clump of the probably 8 year old King Royale DL I strained too much and put out my back.So I closed this thread for this reason unless further notice.

But in spite I did get 2 boxes ready and mailed today.Tight squeezes.

I. too am sorry to hear about your back-- I have arthitis and am down in the back a lot---and as I was told once-"-mother nature and father time" it is the best thing I know of--

it's been a .... of a day,alot of uncomfortable digging ,
shouldn't be surprised though.
I AM after all 60 years old , looking 50 :-) but guess I think I am 25 ....WRONG ...my back tells me today.

The most wonderful thing happened to me :-))) Robin who is also from Maine has offerd to help me next week to help me dig to finish up the 10 trades.A lady I NEVER even met !!!

We haven't worked out details but I have accepted her kind offer,

Hi everyone I met Brigitte this afternoon and spent 4 hrs with her
she is a lovely person,and kind talented.and so sweet sent me home with daylilies plants seeds.showed me how to root roses.How to cross pollen daylilies.when i got ready to leave she even gave me 3 bags of beautiful roses she got to root
I went there to lend a hand she hurt her back.I was not expecting all this.She is a artist and does wonderful work and saves animals lifes
I loved her stories and wished i had more time.when 6:00 pm rolled around I hated to leave i learned alot and had a wonderful time
she sent boxes rimmed right full to all for postage what a wonderful kind person she is thank-you so much for having me brigitte and Hope we can remain good friends.(((((((((brigitte))))))))

Your box went out also yesterday.Actually it was the SECOND box because believe it or not my husband took your first box which was almost full to the dump because he thought it was trash.Believe me I was NOT a happy trooper !!

Robin whom I just met yesterday said to me the night before "go lightly on him "...well my temper run away from me :-))

What happened is that the day before I was planning to dig and ship 3 boxes,got interupted a few times and only needed to dig a couple more...realized the time is running out,put my marked plastic bags on top and all he saw was a box with bags on top....the rest is history !!

I realize that I have a GOOD SIZE WAITING LIST ,still have lots of plants to share for postage .BUT most likely I have to postpone until spring.I really don't know myself other than that my time is running away from me and I still have to make room and plant 30+ ? 40+? daylilies plus roses.I am afraid to count my pots :-(

IF I should have time to send more this season I will let you know.
