I have to admit I bought 8 Wax Myrtles sight unseen from a close friend's co-worker. He suppose to have a "tree" farm. I did not expect a lavish shrub like those you can get from a local nursery. I paid next to nothing for them. Other than being a little lanky (is that a word?) I think I can work with what I got. They don't have very many leaves and are about 4ft tall.... not pruned in any way.
But what am I to do with these roots on the bottom!! I mean some of them are at least 1/4' thick. I was hoping to keep them in a cool dry place and well watered. But I think they may need to go into the ground ASAP... even if it is 100* outside.
Please Help!!!
