Oh Carol, you really look so beautiful. I bet your DH thought you were all done up just for him. I hope you have a romantic evening planned. You look SO GOOD!!! Such a great smile too.
Hey, I like Thelma and Louise also, they have good taste!!
Garden Stroll in my Mumu
Girls...except for the flower behind my ear and the shell lei, this is what I wear every afternoon after THE SHOWER. I have 4 or 5 of them...next ones I make will have some 'tucks' at the shoulder to bring the sleeves up.
If anyone wants material...send me an email. They are SO easy to make!!
Carol
You look great, Carol!
Oh no .... someone call the men in the white coats! I think I just heard Kell say "I didn't want to be too pink you know." One of us is having a breakdown, but I'm not sure which one. LOL
Oh dear, I see fluid retention can be a problem for men too. Just take this little lasix pill Kin, and you'll be fine in the morning. LOL
Mary
You are a seamstress too. I am so impressed. You have to send the flower for behind our ears too so we look authentic.
I didn't know this was a beauty contest!! hmmm, hmmmm, hmmm I'm keeping some good company now days.
Well today was an all day plant fiesta. Picked up Sugarweed at 5:30, hit 2 private gardens and 3 big nurseries including Craig Bergman's Country Garden. Almost passed out when up in Racine WI I realized I was looking at a whole bench of perfect 'Snowbanks'!
Finally back to my house for some afternoon touring, eating things out of the yard, flower sniffing... and a mumu shot
Hi ya'll...
What a perfect day!!!
And you guys look marvelous. Darlings, you look marvelous!! You really do!! LOL
Blaine...rrrrrrreally....maaaavelous!
Blaine and Sugar, what a fun day. You both look great, and Blaine your yard is a show place.
yeah, quite a 'show place'. It's so bad Sydney couldn't contain herself and was pulling wayward grass, weeds and deadheading along the way. Then again she disbudded every coleus on our 287 mile circle yesterday. Guess I better take inventory - maybe it wasn't grass and weeds she was pulling. Dagnabbit!!!! I've been snatched!
I bet you won't miss a thing if something does turn up missing.
Linda
I just can't say enough about how nice ole 8ftbed, Blaine is. And garden, first thing you see is a neat sign that reads "Zion Yard of the Month".
It doesn't take long to see why that sign is there. His yard is just bursting at the seams with every kind of blooming goodie. The almost white cherry tomatoes and golden raspberries are tasty.
He has so much I think you could stay a week and not see everything.
I will never forget yesterday. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Blaine and Sugarfoot---it sure does sound like you had a greeeaat time. OOh, Craig Bergmans, I'm jealous, what a neat place.
Oh, Blaine, congrat's on the Zion Yard of the Month for the "fourth time" I believe!!!!!
You deserve it MuMu Blaine--------Keep those pic's coming.
gini
Hot Doggies, you two look great, what a wonderful, fun photo!!! Blaine your lovely garden is so well planned, and your pics are super!! Sidney, I'm not at all surprised to see that cute smile on your face, you look swell, so nice to 'see' you!!! Looks like you guys had a gooooood time, thanks for sharing with us...
Thanks Gini! You know I sent DM one of those Snow White cherry maters. You MUST sample them. This is going to be a perennial grow for me!! They're ripe when they turn from ivory white to a very very pale yellow. Oh Man!!
Thanks Sherry but it's more like layers of impulse buys and lots of barley-hops decisions.
Is the tomato like a Lemon Boy?? I must get the Snow White Cherry for my son. I buy plants impulsively, and boy, have I bought some duds. I always keep a pot of Upees available, so I have something nice, healthy, green to use as a quick replacement...
Yes Blaine, I know---you should see that tomato plant. It's up above the porch railing and so full. Absolutely puts mine to shame and I do plan on "sampling"--tee hee
Wish DM could send pic's of her yard-- it's made the Senior Apts. a very special place, so beautiful and all the town enjoys.
I'm glad you only sent ONE tomato plant----ha ha
hey... I asked!! (didn't I?) Oh, maybe only lizzie this time. I'm sorry. I offered one each of the ones I started from seed this year. That orange salad mater Juanne Flamme'.. well suffice to say that only 2 have made it into the house. Now when Larry comes across the street he manages to get us around back. Larry!! Where are you? Buns and elbows are all you see as he's grazing in the gold raspberries and the maters. So I have to join in so I get my share. :)
edited - Sherry it's a cherry that I ordered this winter. They're an ivory white till they get ripe with just a light tinge of yellow on their shoulders. I want to call a 'clear sweet' . If you start yours from seed you should try it next year.
