This is my first time growing oriental lilies, and I am as proud as new mommy that they are starting to bloom!!!!!!!!!! Here is a shot of my first ever OL ,which I was not planning to have as a cut flower....Unfortunately, the afternoon wind had other ideas for my first flower today, and I came out to find it lying on the ground about 3 inches away from the rest of it's stem :-(
It makes a nice addition to the kitchen island though, so I guess not all is lost...
