Are these the seeds on the stem?
If so, when are they mature enough to collect.

These are bulbils, small onions that you can plant to get more lilies. When they seem to fall by themselves is the rigth time to collect them. The firsts to be ready are the bottom ones. I am sorry that I cannot tell you how many years it takes from bulbils to flower since mine where flooded this spring and they unfortunately disapeared. Good luck anyway!
