Anybody got a favorite among the super late bloomers? I'm looking to find some late summer color for the garden.

August Orange is a good one. Also Yellow Blaze,
Ramona or Ramora, Ramona I think it is called. Black Beauty and it's children are some more.
A trick is to grow some in semi shade. Then they bloom later.
Inanda who for many years had to have lilies blooming for 3rd. weekend of August.
Lilium speciosum rubrum is a nice late bloomer with a long bloom season. The Lily Garden has a nice chart on their site of earliest and latest blooming varieties that may help you decide.
"summers end" an oriental lily i grew in my woodlands garden. it gets full sun in the spring until the leaves blossom out in may and then it get's dappled sunlight. they got about 5' tall the 2nd year. planted as 16-18cm bulbs. i got them in a mixture from van bourg.
