Does anyone know what has caused this? It's just finished blooming for nearly eight weeks and was gorgeous. I don't want to lose it!

Oh, dear, same thing happened to mine.

I thought it was some kind of mildew blight. If I were you I'd spray it quick with something. Sorry that I don't have more info...

Though, if you want to save it, there is a lot on line about how to rescue dogwoods from this...
