ID Needed please

Hi,
I have a plant that I cannot remember the name of, and I know that someone ID'd it for me before. I am pretty sure it was one of our Southern CA members, but like the plant, I cannot remember who.
I have this posted in the ID forum but we are stumped. So I thought I would post here in hopes that same person might see this and tell me again.
