I am wondering if soaking seeds in antifungal agents, like Aliette, Subdue, copper based ones, would be more effective and less harmful to the seeds than soaking them in dilute clorox. Perhaps a combo might work. Anyone had any experience with this. The damping off is the worst problem I am currently facing and looking ahead to the fall I would like to have a better strategy than I am using now. I can see using the clorox to kill spores on the hard-shelled seeds, like the erythrinas, but I would think it would be pretty harmful the the grasses and other seeds like that.
Soaking seeds in antifungal agents?
