Happy Canada day. It's been a few years since I have been that far North. I always liked the place especially Vancouver Island. my Dad lived in Tofino for a year, looking for his retirement place and I styed with him for about a month back in the last century.

Georgian Bay/Bruce Penn areas are great too!

Georgiaredclay, Yes we put vinegar on our french fries. All the fast food outlets - McDonalds, Burger King etc., carry vinegar in little packages like you get ketchup & mustard in little packages. Vinegar is delicious on french fries!

There coffee is really nice as well. Nabob in this area is also very good, both have an interesting History. Pebble the smoked salmon is GREAT as well,OOP,S maybe I should not have mentioned the S word, could bring back GLEN cLARK and a whole other kettle of FISH.
