Watering Houseplants With Science
How often does the disc need to be replaced?
I note that your introductory offer converts to $7.27 USD.
Not too, bad, considering it includes shipping (correct?)
But I'm thinking....if this really works, what a large investment it would be for someone with large collections of plants...... and even moreso if it's necessary to replace the disc often.
I'm interested in purchasing your introductory offer and see how it works, but the real 'selling point' for me will be the frequency of the need to change the disc.
Just back from holiday.
Shipping is included in price.
With proper care, osmogro gel discs should last for 6 months (and often longer).
The osmogro pots will function as normal plant pots. The technology is in the gel discs which are replaceable and can be used optionally. A problem with many watering systems is that the technology is integral to the pot or container which can be restrictive and expensive when the system fails. I deliberately designed osmogro as an add-on that can be easily used or removed. The flat-base on the osmogro pots is necessary but does not prevent the pot from being used as a normal pot.
