That is fantastic news!!!! Has it been a year since you started your coontie project to attract the atata hairstreak?
The photos are awesome!!! Hope you will be able to keep track of them and post the chrysalids and emerging butterflies too.

Well, the cats have been gone for several weeks. I have not found any cocoons. That doesn't mean much since I don't go too deep into the bougainvillea bushes nearest the coonties. The bougainvilleas all have long sharp spines everywhere. I don't mess with them.
Still have not seen an Atala in the yard, just the cats.
