yours are varigated ones. theres nothing wrong with them.

Thanks! I am hoping to for them to climb up the railings of my porch. Until they reach that height, should I hang some twine or something for them to hold on to?

Yes. Depending on how many you have, give them that much twine. I only put up two strings, and about fifteen morning glories are climbing the same two! They've all got fat buds on them, but I'm afraid they're gonna get squinched!
