Darius is extremely knowledgeable about cooking and I'm sure she won't mind answering our questions, just don't get in a hurry to have the answer. I'm hopeful that this will be fun and informative So I'm going to start this thread off by asking:
How can I make peach Jam or Jelly with sugar that isn't really "too sweet" but yet has fully "jellied/thick" form. Most recipes I've seen or used calls for way more sugar than I like. I'm just not fond of sugary sweet foods.
