A lot of people don't like mulberries due to their invasiveness. I planted this one I think 3 years ago, and it is producing beautiful fruit for the birds and for me. I am thrilled with it. And it's pretty, don't you think?

Highly invasive species. The red mulberry is far more beneficial to wildlife. Yes, the white mulberry is a beautiful tree though. It's a shame they wreak so much havoc in the environment.
