CLOSED: Sedum Cuttings

Archer/Bronson, FL(Zone 8b)

Hi Debbie,

I just wanted to update you on the sedum you sent to me. I re-reading your first post up above, I have to say I am glad you did not wait til later to send these out.

When I received them, I picked 2 places in the front gardens to plant these. I just dug little holes with a spoon and put the cuttings in the holes. I shall assume they rooted just fine, every one of them, because they look healthy and 3-4 of them are getting buds!!!!!!! Do you recall what color the blooms are on these?

Thanks for sharing!

Molly,
I am so glad yours are doing well. The "blooms" start out with a pinkish tint then gradually get redder til they turn a brick red. Look up Autumn Joy in the plantfiles and you'll see lots of pretty pics of them.
Good luck!!

Thanks Debbie,

I was thinking autum joy had different colors flowers, but hey, I have been wrong (maybe once or twice) before.
