How tall does a Laburnum vossii have to be to bloom?

We bought a Laburnum vossii (Golden Chain Tree) from Walmart several weeks ago & finally got it planted. The leaves are coming out finally. How tall does the tree have to be to bloom? I figure it will probably bloom next year as it's just been planted. It;s about 4-5 feet tall. Thanks for the help. Buttoneer (zone 6b S. Central PA)
