Hot foam weed control, or "Waipuna"

Has anyone had experience with hot foam weed control? Aparently this company will come out and blast individual weeds or the whole darn yard with this stuff. Its superheated water (205 deg F) mixed with a bit of corn and coconut sugars. The whole thing makes a foam like shaving cream that cooks the heck out of the weeds (supposedly). They say you can seed or mulch right after its done. This all sounds lovely, but... does it work?

Any opinions?
