I have this mature Royal Purple Smoke Tree..Was wondering when is it the bet time to take cuttings off of it?

Not sure when is the best time, but I was under the impression they get much larger than that when they're at full size.

I know, I'm just messing with you and commenting on the fact that it can't grow because you are so kind to offer cuttings. LOL The poor plant probably freaks out every time it sees you with shears.
