I live in McLean, Virginia. I am thinning out seedings and perennials and have lots that I can give away. However, I want to do this locally, not by mail. How can I post a message inviting local members to pick up plants? I have caster bean and moon flower seedlings. I will have plants from division: hardy banana (grows to 20 feet), sum and substance hosta, and others. Thanks.

You could post it over here in the Plant Trading Forum. In the Header, Title it with something like "Perennial Giveaways-Local Pick Up only.
