Is Prairie Clematis already in the plant files?

I couldn't find it. If it isn't, then how do I enter it? It's a 'Gazelle'. I'm at a loss. Is this the place to ask?

Thanks, Happenstance, you're always there. I've only got foliage now. The second spring in the ground, but I think that they will flower this year. I love to try new things.
