CLOSED: Daylily seeds

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

Once again I have an abundance of daylily seeds that I don't have the room to grow. Daylilies are a hybrid and the seeds are from my own hand pollinated crosses. The babies won't come true to the parents and each seedling will be a new and different hybrid. Sometimes they turn out beautiful... and sometimes they turn out to be ugly ducklings. That's the fun of growing daylilies fom seed. Plants won't usually bloom until their second year so you need a little patience.

I will send out one pack of mixed seeds plus 6 or7 packs of named crosses for each request. The mother plants are all noted but only a few have the father noted.

What I want from you is the LOOSE postage (60 cents) and an address label. I'll use my own envelopes and bubble wrap. Post here and I'll send my address to you.

Hope you have some left. I tried this with someone else's daylily crosses several years ago and got a real pretty ruffly peach and a plum. I started mine in the refrigerator in that white stuff perlite? not sure of the name now. It took two years, but it was worth the wait.
