Yuang, Yuang seeds & King Palm seedstips on sowing?

I'm LOUSY at growing f/seed, but received these in a trade a couple of months ago (is it too late now?) and want to give it a go. ANY help would be much appreciated. =) Also, they came labeled "yuang yuang," but is it "ylang ylang?"
