my weekend IN the hospital ...

I was rushed to the emergency room friday morning in GREAT pain and I came home monday afternoon. Im still recovering slowly. I had several things wrong and recieved blood becuz i had was at 7.7 and should have been at 12-14! got iv potasium and iv antibiotics and iv morphine also vitamins and tylenol, oh and test after test and doctor after doctor all the way to the disease doc and then the surgeon! Im home and taking 4000mg of antibiotics a day. I have to go back for labs tomorrow and doc on thursday!!

I just wanted to let ya'll know Im still alive-Thank Goodness!

Dori! Good grief girl! I hope that that antibiotics kick the b--- of whatever has got you. You take care of yourself. It wont kill those boyz to have cornflakes for dinner lol. I hope they find the problem soon.

I think she was in Chat yesterday morning.

She was in chat yesterday am. Shes feeling better but not great. She had another Dr. appointmet I believe and shes trying to get alot of rest so she can recover quicker.

Dori, Im keeping you in my thoughts and prayers babe, just rest and think of all the planting and replanting and tiling and flower sniffing your going to be doing this year. Your rose garden is going to be fabulous and youll have to be up to par to take lots of pics

Well, I was totally wrong. This is pretty serious stuff! Dori, make sure you take your meds and get this bug killed off. Adults and children of either sex can get TSS and STSS. Take care, friend!
