my weekend IN the hospital ...

I was rushed to the emergency room friday morning in GREAT pain and I came home monday afternoon. Im still recovering slowly. I had several things wrong and recieved blood becuz i had was at 7.7 and should have been at 12-14! got iv potasium and iv antibiotics and iv morphine also vitamins and tylenol, oh and test after test and doctor after doctor all the way to the disease doc and then the surgeon! Im home and taking 4000mg of antibiotics a day. I have to go back for labs tomorrow and doc on thursday!!

I just wanted to let ya'll know Im still alive-Thank Goodness!

Well, I was totally wrong. This is pretty serious stuff! Dori, make sure you take your meds and get this bug killed off. Adults and children of either sex can get TSS and STSS. Take care, friend!
