I am considering getting a PMU mare.....

I was looking for a small horse for my kids and as a friend for Lacy since she's going to be "geriatric" fairly soon. I came across cute little arabian. And my heart is aching to get this mare.....a PMU. She has had such a hard life and is only 7. She shakes when the farrier lifts her back feet-they think because of the urine bags and the testing done on her. I have some excellent trainers I've totally checked out and been mucking stalls for in my spare time to get to know.....So expensive to train a horse. I wish wish wish I could do it myself. I've been reading Buck Brannaman books, they're good, but not real imformative as far as training goes. RFD channel has great demonstrations, but I want to apprentice or something for someone before I try it myself......anyway. I can't let this little girl ever get in a bad situation, can I?
