Red Bud is that a seed or a start? Maybe your Red Bud is easier to start than out CA Red Bud. I have tried for years to get some growing.
I'd sure be interested in some if it's easier to start than ours, & the Lav. Cleome, Guara, Violet Trumpet vine.
I just discovered Guara last summer, I love it!

ladyannne you have mail

Merced, CA(Zone 9a)

I am getting so many responses I am getting dizzy, lol!! Trying to get to everyone individually.

What I have found works the best is to have you send four or five regular stamps (depending on how many seeds you would like and your mood, lol!!) in a regular envelope to me and I return seeds in a bubble envelope.

However, the nakes ladies create a problem. They are 1/2" bulbs with about two inch leaves. If I wrap them carefully, they will be fine, but you should get them back into dirt asap. I am NOT sure how they will do with a long journey, soooo....if you would like them shipped priority mail, along with any seeds, that is $3.85 plus the envelope, about 40 cents. They might be perfectly fine with regular mail as they are pretty sturdy babies, but I will leave the choice up to you.

In either case, please do not forget to include a list of what you want along with your name and address!! My address is on the DG address exchange.

Merced, CA(Zone 9a)

TamTam, Stetch, not to worry. Lots of those left but the naked ladies are going fast.

Abbottstown, PA(Zone 6a)

I would like these, please let me know what you want in return.

Hi Anne,

Thank you, they arrived; punctured envelope though, nothing lost.
Good idea to put the seed baggies in a seperate zipplock bag, in the bubble mailer.
The 'Naked Ladies - baby bulbs' were found to be ok; though very chilled.

It was 20 degrees out on the side of the road, where the mailbox is; this is New York State!
Temps are doomed to drop to 2 degrees Monday/Sunday night; wind chill factor will be minus 15 to 20 degrees at that time. Forecasters can be wrong sometimes.

I'll be heading down to Middle Island, on Long Island to visit my mother.
Her b/f fell down and landed on his knee replacement leg for the second time since surgery.
This was another 'Around the house injury' once again.
Looks like they may not make the move up here till late spring.

Take care, thanks for the email, it was nice to know you were concerned enough about me.
Kitchen Witch and all. Blessed Be.
