How do I do leave feedback for other members?

Hi Emily. Click on the member name of the person you wish to add feedback. Under 'Actions', the fifth line down reads 'View member feedback'. Click on it. At the top of the next page there will be a link that reads 'click here to add feedback'. Hope this helps.
