What interesting Spring Bulbs did you plant?

'Apricot Beauty' tulips from Home Depot. I don't know how that yellow one got in there--that's one of my 'Yellow Triumphs', I think--interplanted with narcissus 'Salome' and h. 'Gipsy Queen'--yet to show their blooms, I guess...

Here's my "experiment" as this is my first year with spring bulbs. Next year I'm going to plant some tulips and daffs.

emily--aren't the bulbs fun to plant ? Love your hyacinths...I want to try them next year if I can keep the critters from them.

I planted a lot of bulbs, and so far have only the narcissus, a few muscari, and some anemone to show for it...I hoping for more later in the month...

I'm going to plant more next year too...I'm recording bloom dates to try to extend the season with late season bulbs...

these are my only 'pink' narcissus--and not very 'pink' at that...I think they are in too much sun where they are...I can't remember the name---could they be 'salome', I wonder?

The hyacinths smelled so wonderful while they were blooming last month and I can't wait to put in more this fall.

Here's another pic I took that shows some of my tulips and all of the scillia blooming right now.
