hi all
if you like big beds - not sleeping beds :-))- check out the link below. It's of a garden in Southern Ireland owned by Daphne Shackleton. If you are in Southern Ireland from June to September I recommend you go see it.

if you like big beds.........
Mark: That is exquisite, ahh, that is what I am aiming for.
It is beautiful. Debby
Now that's a garden!! My little area is only a 10th of that garden. Oh well, at least I don't live in an Apartment Complex with a balconey. HeHe.

That is beautiful! I would love to fill my land up like that.
How on earth would you accomplish something like that? I have the space, just need the knowledge. But, that is the hope that drives gardeners, isn't it?
Thanks Mark,
Grits
Wow! thanks for the pic Mark, If only I didn't have small children.....

I can describe what the whole area looks like but you will have to use your imagination.
imagine a squared figure 8 where the circles are squares.
the black lines are the gravel paths around the garden.
the inside of the squares is grass.
on either side of the paths are flower beds 4 - 6 feet across. really tall flowers in the middle sloping down to low plants that tumble over the gravel.
this summer I'll shoot a roll of film for you to see how it all works
Mark
Wow, I like it very much and can't wait to next summer.
What a lovely garden. I wish I could see it sometime and you have lovely blue flowers my personal favs. I looked at most of your assorted perennials. Will go back to look at the rest. Your Garden and Pics are wonderful thanks for sharing Miz Cat.
