Propagating the pink splash plant, and Guara whirling butte

I have a pink splash plant and was wondering if I can propagate it from cuttings and how? Alos have Gaura whirling butterfly plant and want to propagate it.

Is that the same as pink polka dot? I have a white one. I snipped of f 4 --5 inches ,rooting hormone and started in potting soil. Started real easy. set in shade for a while.

Vicki, does your Gaura have seeds along the stems? Most prolific plant.
