Seeds To Trade for SASE

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

I have way too many seeds...Flowers, Herbs, Vegetables I have a time parting with them, but I don't have the time and energy to plant them all....send me a padded envelope and stamps, and I will mail you back a number of things. I don't know what all, I have. Give me an idea of what you want, and I will take it from there. I have been trying not to let myself know how many I have, so they have been placed various places around the house...it is like a mischevious child, has been trying to hide them from me! And it is me!
Some of them are a couple of years old, but they have been stored dry and cool, so they should be fine...
My address is on the address exchange. Last name is Wheeler.

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Oh Melva, that is like asking for a mail avalanche. LOL I can't resist. Thank you so much for your offer.

I have enough for a bunch of trades but I may have to call an end to it, after say, 10? So Cherish, you are one...now I need nine more.

Robstown, TX(Zone 9a)

Melva,,

I'd love to be included...I'll get my envelope to you ..thanks !

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Now we need eight more. I am going to make up the packets tonight..I may have enough for more than eight...let me see. Let me know too, if you are more into flowers as I seem to have a lot of seeds for them...

Meade, KS(Zone 6a)

Melva
I would love to joion into this party...Thank YOu Janetlee I don't not need veggies, tho.

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

No problemo, how about Herbs?

Carmel, NY(Zone 6b)

Hey, did I make it? I'm especially partial to veggies and an looking for fennel, dill, thyme, swiss chard, ??? Shall I send an SASBE?

Brandon, MS(Zone 8a)

Melva - can I be no. 5 please? SASBE is off in the mail tomorrow...
Natasha

Jackson, SC(Zone 8a)

can i be in this ?? veggies, flowers herbs which ever you chose. will get sase in mail tommorow.

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Okay, so that is six so far...a SASBE is good and I have started making the packets tonight. Some of the seeds are old, but I think they will all germinate, just fine. The seeds seem to lean heavily to flowers, ah, but I do have a lot of fennel seeds, as I have a BIG fennel plant, so you are covered there...There is not any Swiss Chard...I only buy seeds of what I like, and that is not on the list...The other Herbs I have are Thyme, Marjoram, Anise, Borage, Dill, Cilantro, Garlic Chives, Mexican Tarragon, and regular Chives...

Westmoreland, TN(Zone 7a)

I would like to get some of your Thyme, Marjoram,Mexican Tarragon
Please.

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Okay, send me a SASBE and a list of what you want, and I will get them to you. As I said previously my seeds are scattered all over the house, in an effort to hide how many there are, from me! So seeing them alltogether, is scary! I am pretty sure I can take at least 10 more people to send seeds to...I made up 7 packets last night, and there is no dent in the amount of seeds...so come on...10 more!

Lynnwood, WA(Zone 8a)

Oh, me too please! Thanks, Elaine

Leesville, SC(Zone 8a)

Hi Melva:

If I could get in on your list also. A SASBE will be in tomorrow's mail. I'm not partial. I like veggies, herbs and flowers. Thanks so much.

Rhonda

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

If I am counting right..I have nine so far, and I have made notes of who wants what, So far, I have made up packets for eight people and I am going outside to work on more and to harvest some Fennel and Cone Flower, and Garlic Chives, Marjoram, and whatever else I see...anyone in the DFW area is welcome to come and get as much Sweet Autumn Clematis they can dig..I have decided that plant is lovely, but a real thug!! It is getting to be time to paint it with Roundup!

Huntington, IN(Zone 5b)

I especially like herbs and I like simple things(flowers) for my little boys garden, I love whatever! I have plenty of space if you have any seeds left. Thanks!!

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

I have lots of them left..send me a SASBE and a note of what you want, and I will send you some seeds..email me if you need my address, or look for it on the address exchange, found under Extras I think you need to share yours to be able to get mine...

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Okay, that is 10, I can take 10 more than I will decide if I can do more...Let me know if you want flowers, or vegetables or herbs..it is best to send a note with the envelope telling me what you want.
Melva

Richmond, VA(Zone 7a)

Melva,

I'd love flowers and herbs if possible. I will send a BE w/ postage. Thanks!!

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Everyone who has posted on here, or sent me anemail, is in...just send me a note telling me what kind of seeds that you want...I even have the woman at the local Pack and Mail, wanting seeds!

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

I have a lot more seeds..I have goten out most of the envelopes that people have sent me, everyone has been wonderful with sending me notes of what you want, and postage, and someone even sent me little bitty envelopes...those are great! I may have to get some for me, from e-bay...
So if you want some seeds, and they do tend to lean heavily toward flowers...send me an SASBE and I will get it out to you. Itis fun to get mail of any kind...

Carmel, NY(Zone 6b)

I am mailing your SASBE as we speak - for fennel, mexicam tarragon (yum!), thyme, dill and cilantro...anything else that falls into the bag will be greeted warmly, as well! lol! Is there anything you need? I hate sending an empty envelope ~:-( Will enclose named baggies, too, for the above listed items.

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

I would love to have some seed for the Sweet Pepper Bush...I am not sure if I have seed for the Mexican Tarragon now, it is getting ready to bloom so there will be seed in a month or so...but I may be able to get some tiny plants...I will see.I think it is one of those plants that if you get any amount of root, it takes off! If so, it would be simple to send you a piece...

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

I just got a envelope from someone in Canada with two Canadian stamps and nothing else..I don't reconize the name...and I am mystified as to what to do, Help!

Bryson, QC(Zone 4a)

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

No problem. I sent you an e-mail. I will put it in the mail Monday.

Carmel, NY(Zone 6b)

Melva - I have no eathly idea how/where to find the sweet pepper bush seeds, but I can certainly dig up a rooting for you! The little lady decided to branch out this year! Weather permitting, I will do that tomorrow and get it in the mail on Monday. That being the case, do not package up my seeds until you get the rooting - I will have labeled envelopes in the package for you! (Just hang on to the first SASBE..for next time (tee, hee). you see, I have you figured out...there WILL be a next time!

I'm excited that there's some interest in the Summersweet Bush - she's been so neglected and I really want to clean her up - you are REALLY helping me. You, too, Paradise - yours is all packed up and ready to go out on Monday, too!

Bryson, QC(Zone 4a)

Sequee, yours are all gathered for Monday as well.

Willamette Valley-OS, OR(Zone 8a)

I Sent Out the SASBE this Morning...Came Back this Afternoon and...
Now I Wonder...I Probably Should Have Posted and Ask First.
There Are So Many Sorry.

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

ZZ,
I am sure there is plenty...I have not made a dent in the seeds yet. I have been buying them for years My Mother did the same thing, so I blame it on her...when she died, you should have seen the box of seeds that woman, had! And some of them were 10 years old!

Melvatoo , Do you have any climatis seeds or coneflower seeds.?
Thanks Patti

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Yes to both of them...send me aSASBE and a note as to what you want. I have a gallon size zip lock bag of Clematis...I didn't mark them with the name, because I thought I would remember what variety they were, right! I do know they are Clematis...

in Houston, TX(Zone 9a)

Thanks Melvatoo. Ok I will do that. I Need your addy . Thanks Again, Patti

Carmel, NY(Zone 6b)

Ok - I don't feel so bad about the "did I send it? Didn't I send it" bit I pulled w/you earlier. We are truly kindred spirits! I'd be SO in trouble w/o the trade Tracker. God bless Dave!

Denton, TX(Zone 7a)

Okay, here is a question...can I use the Canadian stamps to mail things from here?

Bryson, QC(Zone 4a)

Melvatoo, I don't know. If not, just let me know the cost and I will re-emburse you as soon as I here back for the amount.
