I like the bloom on this one
Amber Rose X Butterfly
Nice shape Ada and the color is pretty too.
I knew I'd better get a picture fast. The critters are getting them before they open. I couldn't believe the worms I've found on the Brugs today and other bugs that are inside the blooms.
Beautiful Brug! How's her scent?
I didn't even think to smell the blooms. LOL I was probably afraid I'd sniff an insect up my nose. It was dark out there and muddy and I'd already fell one time. LOL
Be careful Ada. We don't need you laid up.
Be careful....don't hurt yourself!
Shirley, I'm getting so good at falling around. I'm getting so clumsy. I think I'm an accident walking around waiting to happen. I love the color of this Brug.

I really, really like this one Ada!! I can't wait to see it next year in the heat of the summer. I can tell the tendrils have been eaten by seeing how long they are on the bud. If it were mine, I would send cuttings to at least 2 people you trust not share it out or make seeds with it, until you say YEA or Nay. Just in case the mom dies over winter! I just love the true pinks!
Ada
This one is ery beautiful.
That one is really gorgeous Ada!!
Do be careful, I know what you mean about falling though, I am on some new meds that have made me so clumbsy I have to be very careful outside. Falling into the garden isn't anthing that hurts me, but I sure have damaged some plants lately!!!
Very pretty
I have some amber rose seeds somewhere...gunna have to dig them out!LOL
Wow that pink is intense! You did great Ada!
Pretty one!
It is a Lovely flower, Ada. And a great fragrance would only be icing on this cake :) You did good. girl.
Ada -- that is a gorgeous one! I'm still hopefull that my PBXEPs will produce some pretty blooms, but they better get busy! Only two have y'd, and none have buds LOL...
Oh well, I can always look at your beauties!!!
Lovely Ada, when you get ready to share cuttings, I would sure love to grow it.
Patricia
great pink Ada i know about falling also. Last spring i started to clean my small pond and tripped and fell right in the middle of it. The water was cold and yucky from the winter banged up my knees. I guess that is the price you pay for being a senior citizen. You take care of yourself. bob
Very nice! Can't wait to see what it does for you next year. Ada, be careful!
Pretty color!! Congratulations and please be careful!!
Wow, Bob. I sure wouldn't want to fall in a pond in the winter.
Thanks all. Gretchen, my PB X EP was awesome. Hope you see blooms soon.
Pat, I'll keep you in mind. At least you seen a picture of this one. LOL
Ada, Girlfriend, that has got to be the prettiest bloom I have seen. You are so talented. Good Luck with it. God Bless, Carol

That's a real true pink beauty, Ada. Thanks for sharing your pictures. I'm still waiting to find one that is a real true pink with no peach or orange tones mixed in.
Ada, this is a very pretty flower. It has a nice shape and color. Do you still have bugs and worms on your brugs at this time of the year?
Lovely Ada, looks like a keeper to me. LindaSC
Thanks all of you.
Monika, the bugs and worms are worse now than ever. I've pulled so many green worms off my Brugs this week and the blooms are full of little bugs. I don't know what they are and this evening I was trying to pollinate and there was a slimy snail in the bloom. Yuck. Maybe all the rains from the hurricanes made the insects and worms worse. It sure has brought out the mosquitoes with all the standing water around.
Bless your heart, Ada, you are not alone, I've got those blasted green worms too, tiny things and tons of them. Is it possible they are tiny cabbage worms?? Or, are they tiny cats?? I also had tiny, black 'things' in the blossoms, which is probably why I don't have a single seed pod. Next growing season, insect control will be a primary concern. The Insect Killing Soap with Seaweed Extract is the best remedy I've found...
LOL Gosh, Sherry. I thought they were all at my house. Do you mean there's more someplace else?
