Are these maple seedlings?

We have them growing in our garden. Just tilled it in May. Have a large maple in the yard, but we are not avid gardeners, and are wondering if it is poison ivy/oak? Can anyone help?

Hard to tell from the picture. Definitely maple-like leaves although one looks like a Trillium. Woody stem?

Looks like a silver maple to me...I have hundreds in my flowerbeds.

Thank you. First garden out back, so have never encountered this. Husband is VERY prone to poison Ivy, so we are paranoid.
