Good mountain vacation spot?

Okay y'all, I'm enlisting your help. For the last 3 years I have used the same cabin rental company in Blue Ridge, GA for my yearly fall mountain getaway. Well last year they peeved me off and now I'm looking for something else. Does anyone know of a good cabin rental type company in the mountains of GA, TN, NC, etc...(i.e. not far away from Atlanta) that they could recommend for the Halloween weekend? I'd love it if there was horseback riding nearby.

Angie... did you forget I'm in that area now? Actually a bit further east, near Hiawassee but we also have the lake.
