It looks like we have fallen off the wagon, and I for one need to get back on it.

Are we up for a new chapter in this game?

I need to loose 40 pounds - I am going to try the tree day diet just to jump start my system, then try to just limit my intake and exercise.

How many takers this time along?

I hope all my old buddies will join me in this.
