San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I can't wait to see what she looks like in summer Brugie. I already can't wait for spring to get here!

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Wow, Kell. We can really get into the excitement with theses new Monika seedlings, can't we. LOL I'm going to start filling my piggy bank now for when these are released. LOL

San Antonio, TX(Zone 9a)

I'm with you, Kell. I can't wait for spring. We don't really have a pretty fall here and winters are pretty yukky as well. I can just see this one in my yard, along with my Leah, Moonlight Parfait and Tango Twirl mandevillas. LOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Wiill your mandevillas winter over where you live Sylvia? Here they die every winter and I have to buy new ones in the spring. Unfortunately, I do not have such fancy ones as you have!

I just found this thread from another thread :)

I have a Day Dreams here thanks to a good friend, and it grows bigger and bigger. I hope there will be flowers soon, but it might take a while yet. Looking at pictures of the flowers I dream of crossing it to Goldenes Kornett. I put my thrust in the fact that the Day Dreams shape will be so influencial in the seedlings that only the color of GK is transferred to the seedlings. It would be nice to have such a wonderful shape in yellow - orange too ... if the plants will make it possible.

Lodi, CA(Zone 9b)

Great find Tonny! How fun it is to read this!

Brooklyn, NY(Zone 7b)

(Mary) Poway, CA(Zone 10a)

It's widely available Sandy. Seed Sprout, Country Gardens, Fall Cuttings from people, etc.

Chesapeake Beach, MD

This is probably too late but I would christen it "Pink Ooh La La"

I just wanted to say ...what a wild ride and finally the fabulous name ...little did you know what a huge success this beautiful Angel would turn out to be ...and so famous!
I have Day Dream crosses here in Australia and so are part of the fun ...it is a name that everyone knows now how cool is that. Just goes to show what great things can happen in the wonderful World of Brugmansias. It now is certainly no new double pink any longer ...it's a legend!

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

OUCH I am sorry I missed this but I was in CT.on vacation, and NO computer, it is a beautiful Brug, and a lovely name, congratulations.

Brooklyn, NY(Zone 7b)

well here it is here... now...it's the first of the flowers ever for this here.. so I know it will change as it flowers later ... a bit slow to dropdown with it's center.. but then again I'm expecting something that it might not be concentrating on just now at first..maybedevelopment takes a week to get open.. what I would love is if it kept the dual coloration... a lovely pink outerflower... and a deep red inner flower.. .. but today..aday later than the flower picture... they are closer to the same color.. Presenting.............DayDreams Brooklyn Style
