Glad you're ok Donna and yes it could have been worse, but you and your family are safe. I thought of JT and Ann immediately when I saw them on the Weather Channel in Milton, FL. I hope they are ok too, this storm was a real JERK! Atlanta took a bad hit too along with alot of tornado's in too many places to mention.

Thanks so much for the offers. That is so kind of you all but I can't deal with any plants replacements at this time. I want to try and salvage what I can for now, repair the GH, and worry about replacements in spring. That's what Daves Garden Rounds Ups are for. Plant swapping and good friends. Heading to Wal-Mart to see if they are open and if I can get my hands on lots of potting soil so I can get started in the morning
Sounds like you have a great attitude, glad you're back home and safe, We know a lot of people in New Orleans and Florida, what a mess. I wish all of you out there the best. Here We just wait for the next earthquake, right?

Life is funny, We worry so about people out East, but I think after being here for 44 years, I'd still rather live here, We worry about the big one, but the little ones really aren't that bad, a little bounce, roll, and go back to bed! That's the way most Californians look at it.

Hi Neighbor I am in Gulf Park Estates. We'll have to get together for coffe when we get settled down. I'll have plenty of cuttings if you want some. Everything is loose in their pots so I am going to prune them back and repot them since their roots have been so disturbed and broken some. I think that will help.
I would love some cuttings. I am new to this site and still getting my bearings. Coffie sounds great. Let me know. My life never settles...it just has minor pauses. I have a compost pile with horse manure that my trumpeting plants seem to love. Let me know if you want some.Toyel
