Crocosmia 'Lucifer' from seed?

Anyone grow crocosmia from seed? I got bunches of seed pods from my crocosmia 'Lucifer' this year, and I'd like to grow some more out if possible.
Any first hand knowledge?

I got my bublets from a friend years ago.. The seed they drop every year sprout all over the place here for me..I have to dig and pull, .. So if you plant them I would think they should do..They certainly work well for Mother Nature, lol..
