'Whiskers' makes its first appearance.....

Yes, I know what you mean...my Adora is almost leaning more toward's red than pink now during the day when the heat is up...the older one's especially. I can only imagine with your heat in CA and probably more humid conditions causing brugs to be different color's due to conditions of where one lives.

She is a beauty and one to be proud of! Great job! Keep the pics coming, we are lovin' it!

Edited to say:
PL it's so good to see you again :) I hope you hold on tight, that hurricane is going to pound ya'll with some heavy rain's ...more that is, and winds soon! Son say's it's been windy and rainy today. Is your trailor/mobile home tied down tight in the sand? I hope so.

PL, you are right. I went back and looked at the pictures, and the foliage sure isn't serrated enough to be Whiskers. My Whiskers never did get dark either. Just a fairly pale yellow. I was told that the cutting I got came from Glory's plant. She grew Whisker's from seed. By the way Candy, I'm Brugie. LOL!

I think I am going to re-name all my Brugs. They will all be called Pink or Yellow. :-)

Other than the 'Double White' , 'Frosty Pink', 'Peaches & Cream', and the 'Charles Grimaldi' (DGers opinion is that it is 'Dr. Seuss') that were purchased locally all my brugs came to me as cuttings for postage. Here are the cuttings last December.

Brugie - sorry for the confusion with you and BrugAddict (who used to have a different very long screen name didn't she....LOL)

Yep, I did in deed, it was AnnaBelleGabby, which I still use from time to time LOL :) You have a great memory! Seems like it was ages ago though...

I love whatever it is called, it's gorgeous Happenstance
