rooting plumerias

I know this question's been asked before, I did a search and nothing came up on rooting plumeria cuttings, anybody got any idea, the ends are dry, now, can I just put them in a good potting soil, or does it have to be sand? or what?

just pot them up is potting soil and they will grow.
