Are they whip worms? I think they might be and they are from animals. Not good worms either

Not 100% .. but I 'think' they may be what's referred to as, 'hook worms' ... And if they are, they are definitely not anything to monkey with! IF they are .. keep pets and especially humans out of what ever fluid base you've found them in. Certainly do NOT handle them !! From what I understand, 'hook worms' can imbed themselves into the body .. (all of US vermin and our critters!)
