Shot gun fungus

I have three ornamental plums. I think they have shot gun fungus. Unfortunately, I am a new gardener with little experience. The landscape company that I used three years ago planted these wonderful shrubs. Now they look awful! Help! I can't afford Chem Lawn!

Ortho brand "Orthex" product should help. i used this on some skip laurels with the problem and the new growth appeared this summer free from any holes at all!

Thanks schiplover-my big problem was not spraying to prevent fungus in the first place. Dallas had rain almost everyday in June and fungus is rampant! I will be better prepared next spring.
