Viburnums don't bloom

Have four viburnums and only one blooms....the Korean Spice....the others look healthy and are growing large but no buds.....is this unusual???!!

Well, I consider the area two of them are in full sun and the wiegelas near them bloom beautifully, one is in part sun....It just seems strange because now I notice that of my five sambucas, all in full sun, only one of them is blooming also! The plants are all two or three years old and seem very healthy!
