Ficus natiras(?) tall screen?

Hi,
I live in Los Angeles near the coast and want to plant a 30 ft border (5 ft wide) with screening trees that will grow over 25-35 ft tall.
I just bought 10 ficus trees in 15gal containers from a local nursery which assured me these would do the trick. They said that they shouldn't be near a house due to invasive roots. They will be 3ft or so from a driveway, but only the end tree will be close to the house (5 ft). So I'm thinking of putting in some sort of a root barrier when planting.
They told me these were Ficus natiras(?) or nerieas(?) but I haven't been able to find anything like that on the web.
Can anyone help me regarding the roots, expected height, actual species name?
