Might not be Green Lacewing eggs after all then since they lay their eggs close to their prey.
Maybe mealy bugs close by?

Mealy bugs...Don't know.
There's not much of these eggs around my area. I've just been rubbing it off. I'm probably not in danger of a major infestation.
I would like to submit a photo of this into the PDB, which listing would I put it into?
