Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Great pictures Ada. I love all the block work. Must have been a big job. Everything is so neat. I didn't see a single weed. I'm not making a slide show.....you would see more weeds than flowers.

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

Oh Ada, I want to come live at your house! I feel the need to go pull weeds now. and mulch everything. You have the most beautiful yard, how long as it taken you to achieve this? You should be very proud of your work it is just lovely.

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Alice, I really enjoyed the walk through your lovely gardens. All of your plants look so healthy and full.
Thank you for sharing.

Could you tell me what the yellow flower bush is toward the end of the show is. I've been looking for a plant with nice YELLOW flowers and this is lovely. Not the one with the tall spikes.

That was time well spent...thank you for sharing them with us! I loved them all! Was that a manequin in your garden? I would love to see a closer shot of it. Your hibiscus took my breath away! :D

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Absolutely lovely, Ada! I love everything you have done!!! I think I've finally caught the daylily bug...my Mom had tons of them when I was growing up, but I didn't think they'd grow here. I kind and generous DG'r sent me some Stella D'Oro starts about a month ago and they're blooming! I'm in love...

Ada, I have dial-up because that is all there is offered in my area, but it was worth it. I want to come and visit right now because I could just imagine myself walking all around your beautiful yard and taking time to look at each and everything. It is absoutely heavenly and I know how much love and effort you have put into it. I have missed us not emailing occassionaly but some critical things have been going on in my family. Maybe soon we can talk again. As you can see I am not even been at DG's much.

Thanks for sharing your lovely garden with us.

Freedom, PA(Zone 6a)

Ada, how were you able to have so many pictures? Did you upgrade the program? I was only able to do 24 pictures with the free download.

Beautiful and lots of hard work.

Barnesville, GA(Zone 8a)

Nice job Ada!
I like using Photobucket, you can keep your original titles or make them, keep them private or give a temporary password, and even direct link here.

Gretchen, I couldn't get yours to load :(

Whitewater, WI

Ada...Just absolutely gorgeous and loved the presentation!

I'm amazed you have the time, let alone the energy, to post all of this....The weeding and mulching alone would have done me in....lol

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Vi: I'm adding pictures to it right now, maybe that's why... They're all old ones from last year, so I thought I'd better update it somewhat... There is a lot of repetition (yawn), but I have tried to put this year's in chronological order so I can compare the beginning to the current. Unfortunately, I haven't added the "before" shots yet, but they're on my Portable Greenhouse thread.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Thanks all. My yard and veggie garden is where I spend all my time. I started my yardwork about three years ago. It still needs a lot of work but with just me working at it, it'll take lots more time. LOL

Lilypon, It isn't a manequin. It's PVC pipe made into a "T" and a wig head put over the top of the "T" and a hat and dress added.

Donna, I believe what you're seeing is the yellow moonflowers.

Gretchen and Vi, thanks for the links. I'll check them out when I have a minute. LOL

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Sue, I paid and downloaded the PhotoShow but I believe with the free one, I could load more pictures than that.

Frannie, you can come anytime. I'd love to have you. I hope your family members are soon well. I'm praying for them.

Shirley, you just didn't look close enought to see all the weeds. LOL

Amanda, come on. I need some help. LOL

Gretchen, I guess you seen all the Daylilies behind some of the Brug pics. They all need dividing. It's something all the time. LOL

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

I figured you were working on it Gretchen since I only get a blank page. If you would like to see my updated garden pics here is the link to the first one. Look to left side of page for links to the other albums http://community.webshots.com/album/49587659kIUXFt There are 5 flower albums and 4 or 5 brug albums. Just click slide show and sit back

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Absolutely lovely Ada. It certainly shows how much love and affection you put into your gardens.

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Ada, I don't think what I saw was a moonflower. The plant was a small bush and it was about 5 or 6 from the end of the slide show. The yellow flowers were a pale yellow.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Donna, was this it? This is a variegated Lantana.

Or was it this one? Yellow moonflower.

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Ada, yes it's the Moonflower picture....hehe

When I looked up moonflower after you first mentioned it, they called it a vine and I knew that's not what I saw. Do you know the botancial name for that one? And, how big does it get?

I really, really like that plant, know where I can buy one?

Thank you for taking the time to help me with the id of your beautiful plant.

Donna
