Need technical Help Please

I've got a few problems. First, my pics don't show up when they're newly posted.

Second, all my posts are listed as OLD even though I've just posted them.

Third.... I click on the "watch this thread" but it says that I'm watching 0 threads. Nothing's showing up.

Any help? Thanks, Capt
