Has anyone ever started bacopa from a cutting? I thought I read somewhere that bacopa was rooted easily, but don't remember if it was in water or vermiculite.
Also, I found a use for those old insulators from telephone poles. I put them over tip cuttings in individual pots and they act like a little cloche to keep the cutting moist.
bacopa
I root cuttings of it all the time. (well as I accidently snap a stem off that is :-) )
I just clip the end cleanly and drop it in a glass of water on the window sill....they root up in a bout 10 days.
Thank you. That seems easy enough!
Now you've gone and jinxed yourself LOL hehehehehehe
I have pulled pieces off the main plant & rooted them easily. I start with 1 and keep splitting until I have about 12 or so each year. It doesn't mind at all!
