Memorable TV Ads

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I just saw a really creative TV ad and went to the company's site to see if they had the commercial online. They do, and it's worth a look. It's a great ad! Click the View Work of Art link on the right side of the page (see image below - it is what you'll see) at http://patanol.com

Have any favorite ads that are available for viewing online? Post the URL's!

I've always liked Vermeer's 'girl with a pearl.' Cute commercial.

Great! I'd heard about the Seinfeld-Superman ads, but hadn't stopped by there to watch - thanks for posting the link!

Those commercials are both great, but nothing beats the U.K. Honda commercial, "Cog", which you can view here:

Everytime you see it, you're gonna say "How did they DO that!?"

Yes! How could I forget that!? The story behind it is amazing...One of patience that paid off.

Another great series of ads, these for United Airlines; the animation is terrific on them. http://www.unitedrhapsody.com/unitedrhapsody_commercial.htm

Lappeenranta, Finland(Zone 3a)

Finnish ads are totall different than those what are made in U.S.A.
When we visited in Florida on last January I tryed to look many tv and paper ads as possible. In American tv smaller companys have ads, I dont remember which ones, but small local firms had many adds. In Finland only large companys can afford to advertise in tv.
I have to admit that some of the American ads were pretty silly and hilarious.:)

I just saw another one, this for Tropicana Light'n Healthy orange juice, and wrote about it. Rather than re-typing, here's the link: http://gardenwife.com/mt/archives/000562.html#000562
